  Had a Scoopon offer for the seafood platter for 2. Very nice food and a huge amount too. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We will be going back. All the seafood was very fresh and the pan fired calamari was the best i have ever had A++

  Worst restaurant we have ever been too. Brought a seafood platter meal for two and what arrived can only be described as a bad seafood basket with 6 prawns, half a piece of fish and some chips.
  
  The service was even worse than the food. Treated horrible, as if we didn't exist. We mentioned to the head waiter how terrible the experience was but she couldn't have cared less.
  
  Don't waste your money on this place. You will get better food and definitely treated better at McDonalds.

  I purchased a Coupon for a Seafood Meal for two with a bottle of wine. I got exactly as I was expecting: a huge seafood tray of lobster, bugs, prawns, octopus, fish, chips and salad. It was delicious and we were very full afterwards! (We went in with empty tummies!) The wine complimented the food nicely.
  The lady who looked after us was prompt and saw to our every need, she was great! We had a great time I will definitely be back! :D

  Would have gotten 5-stars barring service. The waiting staff were excellent, competent and friendly, but there was only 2 of them. Led to some delays between courses which they couldn't help. Manager should consider employing 1 more is all. That said: food was worth the wait!

  hi we had dinner at Buggzies tonight on a travel zoo special seafood platter for two.
  when we arrived the waitress explained that we wouldn't have any lobster on our platter tonight because it was out of season! Not a great start.
  I asked for the cocktail menu for my wife and it came quickly.
  but to get a waitress to take an order became an ordeal.
  
  Our seafood platter came to the table quickly ( without lobster).
  The platter looked full of food but we must have picked the night where the chef was having a night off and the kitchen hand who had thrown the platter together was having a bad night.
  The food all tasted like it was frozen seafood cooked our should say overcooked and thrown on a platter.
  So i am not sure that we will ever be back to Buggzies again.
  
  The staff were pleasant and courteous but we rally didn't get good service, I guess that is because we had brought the deal meal.
  
  So we eat and then paid for the one drink and went elsewhere to enjoy the rest of our meal.
  
  I would not recommend this restaurant at all, there are plenty of other places to go close by.
